It was great meeting with Trina Clarke, CEO of the Cumberland YMCA. The YMCA of Cumberland is directed at enhancing quality of life in Cumberland County. The YMCA has value based programs for all ages and abilities that encourage healthy lifestyles, personal growth, and service to the community, children and youth! Trina and her team do wonderful work for Cumberland County!
