A Conservative Government will create a “Blue Seal” National Professional Standard to quickly evaluate abilities of internationally trained health professionals.

The “Blue Seal” program will make it very simple for people who want to come to Canada as trained medical professionals to know what their qualifications mean in this country and enable them to get a job in the healthcare field.
