Meeting with Congressman Eleanor Jesus Mandrona from the Philippines

I had the pleasure to meet with Congressman Eleanor Jesus Mandrona from the Philippines as part of Romblon State University’s delegation at Dalhousie Agricultural Campus. RSU is a university in the Philippines that is working on finalizing a long-term partnership with our local university. Dal AC will mentor them in developing an agricultural campus and smart farm at RSU.
