Paying tribute to remarkable constituents of mine in the House of Commons today

Happy to pay tribute to some truly remarkable constituents of mine in the House of Commons today – Beau Blois is an enterprising farmer and was recently named Nova Scotia Woodlot Owner of the year.

Justin McKay and Jeremy Dobson of the Amherst Legion both worked though hell and high water to build a worthy monument to Canada’s fallen heroes of the Afghanistan War.

I also offer my condolences to my wonderful assistant Holly Miller for the recent passing of her father Gary, who was a wonderful man and a beloved member of our community
