Remembrance Day Service 2023

Canadian military veterans of war and peacekeeping paraded to Truro’s Cenotaph of the Unknown Soldier on Remembrance Day to pay tribute to our combat heroes, who gave their lives so that we could live in peace and freedom.

It was my privilege to march with fellow veterans as your Member of Parliament for Cumberland-Colchester, and as a retired Royal Canadian Air Force Captain, who served our great country, Canada, in Middle East active duty.

My staff were also able to attend services in Amherst, Debert and Londonderry to pay tribute those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
