The End of an Era

The End of an Era. Truro Mayor Bill Mills will pass on his chain of office next week, as he retires from serving the town for 31 years, 27 as Mayor. He has guided Truro’s fortunes into a state of prosperity. The Civic Square that bears his signature, is a blended model of historic restoration and ‘modern’ Victorian buildings that set a standard for other communities to follow. I am fortunate to have worked with Mayor Mills since becoming Member of Parliament. I wish Bill well as he moves into his next career as a religious minister
