Atlantic Canada Airports Association

I held a constructive meeting with Nadia MacDonald, executive director of the Atlantic Canada Airports Association. Critical transportation structures like airports are vital to Nova Scotia’s economy. The ACAA is a non-profit industry representing all airports in the region that have been transferred to local control from the federal government. Together, the 14 airports handle 99 per cent of passenger traffic, including all international and trans-border passengers, as well as all cargo traffic into and out of the region.
